Our investment and retirement client is is looking for a remote, freelance Instructional Designer to join their team:


Start Date: 12/12/2022

Duration: 8 month(s)

End Date: 08/11/2023

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm


**The person in this role will be remote but they must be based out of one of the following locations: Westlake, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Orlando, FL, Denver, CO or San Diego, CA Remote**


Instructional Designer -


Will participate in the development of online learning training curricula in all phases of the instructional design process: analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluate.


This person will work closely with the project manager (lead ID) to ensure deadlines are met and work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that information is accurate and relevant to the target audience.


Knowledge of fundamental learning and design pedagogy and strategies to effectively engage adult learners, ADDIE model, Excel, MS Word along with general familiarity with Outlook and other MS Office applications is also required. Financial experience is highly preferred.


Must have experience Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Captivate and strong editing skills in a large Corporate environment.


Additional Information: Build on-demand modules in software program (Storyline) will require learning activities, interactions, examples and knowledge checks.


Requires critical analysis and development pieces needed to understand the needs of the learner, ensure alignment of the learning outcomes to the business objectives and confirm pacing and organization of content aligned to the SME’s needs.

Required Skills/Must Have: Adult fundamental learning & design pedagogy / Storyline. Education and Qualifications: Certification in Instructional Design. Number of Years of Experience Required: 5+.
