The Brand Asset Manager (BAM) is the Media Management and Marketing Information Project Manager for Kiehl’s.

The BAM is responsible for managing Opera working with external agency to insure accuracy of released assets. Owning implementation of new requirements by guaranteeing coordination, maintaining schedules, estimation of workload / cost and following-up of the project management.

Manage relationships with the Marketing Brand’s Managers participating in the PIM and Product Matrix. Link between the Brands’ departments (Creative, Marketing, Communication, e-Commerce, PR) and the IT Support.

Define Meta-data, naming conventions, server mapping, etc. Manage maintenance of the PIM-DAM. Update existing procedures documents and training documents. Keep informed of new updates in the Opera field. Suggest improvements and assist users.

Project Management
List, evaluate and validate needs. Conduct and/or participate the testing the new solutions. Report statistics of marketing data available in the PIM-DAM.

Required experience:
5 years experience in media project management in Intranet, extranet, internet, e-commerce. Experience in web project management is appreciated in an IT service company or agency. Experience in cosmetic / Luxury Good is a plus

Technical skills / abilities:
Experience in PIM-DAM management or a creative business process
Knowledge of main technique linked to media (photos, videos)
Master Excel skills
