A global beauty company is looking for a Digital Asset Manager to support two US-centric brands.

The Digital Asset Manager will work within Box (cloud-based system) and create processes on how the creative team will deliver files and standardize the process. 

Successful candidates will have experience working within a Content Management System (CMS).  Expertise in metadata for creative digital assets. DAM platform Widen experience is a plus. 

· Manage asset sourcing and content creation with internal teams and third-party vendors
· Identify business needs and requirements for new and existing files or content needs

· Providing the team with a good understanding of meta-data, photography usage and how assets should be tagged

· Acquiring, cataloguing, managing, and protecting the department's digital assets using a DAM system. 

· Administer the DAM system and own the asset library and curation.

·  Liaise with regional market partners to manage and update user permissions, permissions groups, asset accessibility and usage approvals ensuring legal compliance and correct asset usage.

Core Competencies/Professional Requirements:
· 4-6 years’ experience as a Digital Asset Management role/DAM system experience 

· Must have taxonomy experience 

·  Must have experience working on a Creative Team
· Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability
· Familiarity with SEO best practices

· Familiarity with Adobe CS and Basecamp
· Ability to interact effectively with internal business teams, and at different levels of the organization
· Collaborative work style
· Attention to detail, customer-first mindset, and creativity in problem-solving
· Background or interest in cosmetic/beauty a plus
· Bachelor’s degree required
