This Cross Channel Marketing Team (XCM) is looking for an experienced, detail oriented Creative Program Manager to support one of our campaigns and onsite initiatives through marketing efforts. This role will oversee the execution and to day-to-day processes of creative projects supporting high profile, high impact business initiatives. They will be responsible for building effective partnerships with our Creative teams, manage creative development, production, and localization workflows, and drive cross functional team alignment within our XCM teams, business partners and external agencies.

This candidate will demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action, strong strategic thinking and problem solving, and maintain clear and concise communication across all levels of leadership. This role is solutions focused, able to identify escalation paths at critical milestones, and anticipate and mange potential blockers. They will have a comprehensive understanding of the creative development process; across concept development, production, and delivery and trafficking phases. Additionally, this individual will have the ability to anticipate workload and resources needed for a successful project, while working closely with the internal creative team to develop and execute innovative initiatives to achieve business goals.

This role will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to assess and manage risks, and implement processes to raise the bar on creative deliverables for integrated cross-site events. They are able to clearly define roles and responsibilities of team members and stakeholders, manage multiple end-to end creative workflows, and able to proactively provide thoughtful solutions to address changes in timelines or feedback. They will be an organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and the proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities for this role include the following…

  • Independently manage the development and execution of SIM (ticketing system) intake, prioritization, escalations, and risk management
  • Manage campaign and program alignment meetings and creative reviews with other Creative Program Managers
  • Partner with and manage internal creative teams and / or external partners or agencies
  • Manage creative asset development, production, & delivery across digital and brand programs
  • For multi-country programs, collaborate with partners across locales to share learnings, identify bottlenecks, and support the launch of Prime in global locales
  • Define and look to improve existing processes, implement and / or utilize workflow tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years as a creative project/program manager, producer, or account lead in a creative agency or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of video or photo shoot details and production timelines
  • Knowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Global or multi-country localization and/or transcreation experience
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools
  • Experience with brand strategy
