Our client, a growing digital bank for the healthcare industry, is looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Insights to work on critical analytical responsibilities and spearhead the development and management of forecasts for all financial products. This position is responsible for monthly results reporting, analytics, and owning the marketing channel attribution processes. In addition, this role will take on the responsibility of monitoring product trends to put together targeted recommendations for the business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background who wishes to collaborate closely with the Pricing, Marketing and Product functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting which will assist in decision support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and consolidate channel level marketing forecasts to provide clarity on business goals/commitments.
  • Update Monthly Business Review slides for leadership along with key performance commentary
  • Benchmark competitor performance and present key trends on a weekly basis to key stakeholders
  • Prepare and Present Monthly results slides and provide commentary on business performance to key stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to identify key product trends to help shape business strategy
  • Continuously monitor risks and opportunities to forecast and communicate changes to leadership and finance
  • Continues to improve results reports coming from multiple sources such as Google Analytics, Tableau and more
  • Develops and completes ad hoc business analyses for Senior Management, including high exposure to CXO and CMO.
  • Collaborate with partnerships team to support reporting, and channel attribution.
  • Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • High level of organization & attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter with an intellectual curiosity and willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Very Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, LOOKUP functions, charts, etc.)
  • Comfort with Tableau, Salesforce, Google Analytics and other required platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and management of processes, standards, planning and budgets to achieve successful, cost-effective outcomes.
  • Strong team player who can build strong working relationships, collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups, and levels of leadership, including product, marketing, engineering and analytics teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
  • Familiarity with SQL or SAS
  • Ability to present complex data and analytics to large and diverse audiences using concise language
  • Can-do attitude with an appetite for learning and taking on new challenges

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree
  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Fintech experience is a bonus
