Job Description:

This role is fully REMOTE and open to US-based candidates who are able to work on an Eastern Timezone schedule.

Our client, a large Fortune 100 organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support their Health Services business segment. In this Consultant role, you will serve as a performance measurement expert and be relied on to generate buyer insights across the buyer funnel that can be turned into action for the sales and account management team and content, campaign, and user experience optimizations for the marketing team.

Success in this role will rely on:

  • Understanding how all digital touchpoints (social media, paid campaigns, emails, etc.) can feed a lead gen pipeline
  • Being able to pull together a fragmented measurement landscape across multiple digital tools (Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and partnering to tie the digital marketing performance to sales results and inform data-driven decisions
  • Being a self-directed, proactive individual who is able to develop trusted relationships in a highly-matrixed, cross-functional organization
  • Being comfortable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Thinking at an enterprise level, not for just one product but across the entire portfolio


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and present a monthly paid/owned report by partnering with data set owners (Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.) to gather data and uncover insights that will influence the website roadmap, campaigns, content and other opportunities
  • Work with external agencies and internal campaign owners to aggregate campaign performance and include in monthly digital reports
  • Create, distribute, and automate measurement dashboards based on prioritized accounts, users, lines of business, revenue opportunities or products, with the ability to roll up to segments or drill in to the contact level as needed
  • Pull ad hoc website performance metrics, as needed
  • Analyze data to make content optimization recommends for marketing by channel
  • Turn account and user insights into actions for sales and account management to engage clients and prospects
  • Optimize the measurement agenda and integration of digital measurement tools to understand marketing performance and attribution across digital buyer touch points
  • Make recommendations on how to improve the marketing tech stack to get to better data and insights
  • Partner with the prospecting team to pull custom account-specific microsite engagement insights to influence deal-level strategy and sales efforts
  • Be responsible for data integrity within the marketing tech stack (Marketo and Salesforce) by updating outdated or incomplete information, as needed, and recommending marketing tech stack optimizations to increase data integrity
  • Partner with sales effectiveness and client enablement to ensure completeness of data using progressive form fills and appropriate routing of alerts to optimize sales handoff
  • Partner with marketing strategists on uncovering insights that could be activated via refined and/or new marketing programming and campaigns

Requirements:

Desired Candidates will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Marketing analytics experience working for an agency or marketing department with an understanding of marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Dun & Bradstreet, and Salesforce a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Health care experience a plus, but not required
  • Lead scoring or modeling experience a plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and optimization platforms
  • Experience maintaining complex spreadsheets, SQL and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Bachelor's degree required
