Job Description:


30-40 hours a week



  • Create communications across all platforms: presentations, posters and signage, digital ads, social posts, print ads, infographics/logos, scripts, editorial content, etc.

  • Demonstrates a strategic and tactical approach during meetings with clients and internal Creative discipline teams, to develop effective communications reflecting the clients’ objectives

  • Understands the target audience and adjusts copy as required

  • Contributes innovative ideas appropriate to the client’s marketing strategy that challenge the status quo

  • Able to defend strengths of approach while remaining open to input and further explorations

  • Proactively anticipates and solves creative problems.

  • Follows all pieces of copy through agency process in collaboration with all key stakeholders to make sure messages are strategically and technically accurate

  • Presents concepts and creative work in an organized, professional, and effective style to clients

  • Works on multiple projects simultaneously and delivers on client expectations and meets objectives consistently

  • Understands how budgets and schedules are developed and how this links to business and performance

  • Coordinates with creative team leaders to identify and obtain information needed to carry out assignments in a timely and effective manner

  • Develops and seeks cross discipline learning from colleagues to ensure highest quality product within specified deadlines

  • Complete assignments with speed and accuracy to meet time, budget, and client needs

  • Exercise a keen eye for quality and exceptional attention to detail, including annotating, referencing, and brand content management

  • Ability to lead client discussions and presentations

  • Keeps up to date on industry trends and shares knowledge with internal teams



  • Must be able to demonstrate effective oral and written communications skills

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Exhibits decisive problem solving ability

  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary creative team setting

  • Computer proficiency; solid knowledge of word text programs


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/advertising agency is preferred
