Job Description:

As the Office Coordinator, you will be managing our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of
administrative and clerical tasks for the LA Office. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our LA office
operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other LA business activities & teams such as studio
operations, content production, creative, social & influencer marketing. This position requires a genuine
passion for providing highly quality support with a “no task is too big or too small” approach.
 Check in visitors and meeting attendees including building access entry support for employees,
visitors, vendors & production crew
 Ensure workplace COVID-19 safety protocols and procedures are followed
 Provision building access for employee onboard & offboard including: keycard creation /
termination, workstation set up, point of contact for general office service requests
 Act as point of contact for building related service request or issues
 Parking support for LA based employees & production crew
 Mailroom support & point of contact for LA office
 Supports LA office conference room & zoom room needs
 Answer incoming switchboard and transfer calls as needed

We’re excited about you if you have:
 1-2 years’ experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Reliable with patience and professionalism
 Expert knowledge of MS Office
 Working knowledge of access control systems
 Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
 Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, scanner, etc.)
 Experience in working in a studio or production environment
 Experience in customer service
