The Global Social Media Content Project Manager is in charge of ensuring that all DMI social content projects stay on track and that content packages are released in a timely fashion for 40+ animations/year. The PM works closely with internal and external agency partners to create project timelines and contracts, facilitate communication and sharing information & feedback, track progress against key milestones, and package thousands of assets for delivery to local markets.
Support Global Social Media Content Team as they develop social content for global animations in close partnership with cross functional teams and external agencies.
Set project timelines in partnership with cross-functional project managers and internal stakeholders, as well as with agency partners, in order to meet DRIVE timelines.
Schedule key meetings and track project progress, problem-solving as needed to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Gather and share files and resources (e.g., key visuals, product packshots) needed for campaign development.
Request feedback from cross-functional team members and ensure it is collected in a timely fashion.
Manage product and messenger needs for social content shoots.
Manage the packaging of thousands of assets for delivery to local markets, ensuring delivery from agencies is correctly completed and prepped for release.
CONTRACTS & FINANCE
Manage the creation of contracts with external partners and route for internal approval and signature.
Work with the Director of Global Social Media Content to track spend against the social media content budget.
Manage PO creation process.
Act as the first point of contact facilitating communications between the agency and the team.
Ensure agencies stay on timeline and within budget during the development and execution of social campaigns
Ensure agencies are confidently onboarded and adhering to ways of working for the organization.
Successfully serve as a resource to the Global Social Media Content Team and other internal PMs on the status of social content projects
Projects are delivered on time and within budget
Developing clear timelines, contracts, and project + budget tracker and facilitating team processes.
Complete content packages uploaded to the appropriate tools for markets to access.
Building strong partnerships cross-functionally at Kiehl’s as well as directly with external partners.
Experience managing digital/social projects– preferably in beauty and international contexts.
Experience creating team processes and managing team timelines and budgets.
Knowledge of project management and asset management tools.
Problem-solver able to anticipate and proactively act to prevent and resolve project roadblocks.
