Job Description:

In this assignment with Aquent's client, you would be responsible for the creation of successful design solutions under the limited direction of a senior creative staff member. You would also be responsible for executing multiple design studies for particular assignments (interactive, packaging, retail graphics, Corporate ID, etc). As well as regularly reviewing work with senior creative staff to ensure it's on strategy and aligned with other activities in the group.

Key Qualifications: 
• Strong command of visual and communication design principles 
• Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suite 
• Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion and illustration 
• Clear and concise communicator displaying strong organization, and teamwork skills 
• Authors, shares, and merchandises ideas in a cogent and inspiring manner 
• Delivers highly-resolved works at the intersection of culture and design
• A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision, as well as package and present solutions to the wider creative / management team —quickly and beautifully 

Our Ideal Candidate: 
• Is a fountain of ideas and creative thinking who can think and implement quickly, laterally, independently or collaboratively 
• Experienced in developing and executing a marketing design and has an advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences 
• Demonstrates curiosity; keeps up with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, and resources 
• Is motivated and driven, and collaborates well with other creatives and creative producers and cross-functional to solve complex problems with simple solutions 
• Has a keen understanding of local market creative and cultural nuances
• Able to work on global teams, across time zones, date lines, and traditional routine 

Additional Requirements:
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strong creative ideas across digital, social or static and print media
• 7+ years relevant design experience; plus for time spent at top design or advertising agencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Information, Communication, Web design or equivalent
• Clear and concise communication and organization skills
• Fluency in the client's products services 
• Passionate about the client's brand and relentless in preserving its authenticity
