Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational aspects of a partner marketing campaigns including workflow, timelines, asset development and budget tracking.
  • Contribute to campaign briefs, creative development, approvals, research and analysis.
  • Create schedules, determine resources, estimate time, track costs and project completion requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
  • Obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with internal team and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan.
  • Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems; and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.
  • Advise on market trends and understand our competitive position in the context of market dynamics
  • Identify and scale best practices. Test and learn to continue to innovate program performance.
  • Experience managing and delivering assets to external partners a must.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously 
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an OTT SVOD/AVOD service, device OEM or traditional media company
  • Experience with Customer Acquisition campaigns on OTT or Mobile devices a plus
  • Experience with a data visualization tools a plus (Tableau, Sisense, Looker, etc.)
  • Understanding of digital file and folder management systems. DAM (Digital Asset Management) experience a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in creative development a plus
