Job Description:

This assignment is for a Program Manager for an Inclusive Product Council.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard the IPC Review Board members that provide teams with actionable feedback that helps teams build equitable and inclusive products
  • Operationalize our review board recruitment process
  • Create and execute a training plan that ensures review board members gain relevant skills to build equitable and inclusive products
  • Help triage and assign review board members to conduct reviews with product teams 
  • Lead debriefs with review board members to consolidate feedback that’s delivered to product teams 
  • Ensure review board members have the support they need to conduct reviews
  • Gather and take action on feedback from review board members to ensure our review process with product teams Is producing meaningful feedback

Requirements

  • 3 years of project management/ program management / or related experience
  • At least 2 years working in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space
  • Communication skills: Ability to lead meetings, drive consensus with multiple stakeholders, create safe spaces for people to discuss lived experience expertise
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results at a large scale
  • Expertise in facilitating workshops or difficult conversations with diverse groups
  • Specifically in the technology sector
