We’re devising data driven brand strategy, from architecture and naming, to why we exist, what we do,
who we are and how we look, feel and sound. We’re looking for an early career but savvy visual designer
who can understand the brand strategy and how to bring it to life through creative expression. They have
great creative, gained from experience working in creative industries, and have experience working in
design team setting to express a vision for a brand.
This is an entry level role and will work with a small team of creatives to help develop and produce our
Distinctive Brand Assets in the digital/web spaces. While ensuring our brand expression is built to be
famous and unique with the collaboration of colleagues, agencies, and partners.
Specifically, we are looking for someone with a portfolio focused on branding and marketing with a
starting career in visual and interaction design work. This person must be comfortable working in
ambiguity, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy cross-team collaboration. We’re a global
enterprise tech company with a business strategy to offering everything as a service and we believe
relevant experience will make it easier to navigate the business and drive change.
We need someone who is capable designing multiple ideas, continually iteratate, employ modern trends,
and contribute to our brand. Someone who is empathetic and collaborative and strives to remove
complexity while adopting the company’s internal design system.
U.S. edge worker: Houston area preferred / Central time zone but would consider Eastern and Western.
Key Focus Areas:
Distinctive Brand Assets: Use and development
Clear understanding of what is on/off brand
Comfortable recommending tradeoffs in design decisions, while also being excited to learn and grow
in specific areas such as research, accessibility, and inclusionary design patterns
Be creative and eager to get things done in a detailed and pixel-perfect manner, while enjoying the
Deliver the creative for campaigns and advertising
Participate in crits and take design direction for all campaign design
Creative validation and testing, working closely with our researcher (in brand strategy team)
Motivate your peers and team of creatives by excelling at unique and compelling contributions that
Education and Experience Required:
2 years + marketing experience
Marketing qualification/Bachelor's degree
Experience in defining and delivering brand creative expression, to strategy
Experience in a global B2B technology company preferred
Creative agency experience desirable
Competency with standard design tools like Figma or Sketch and ability to push pixels as well as
work with vectors
Ability to liaison with frontend developers in bringing your designs to life
Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to tell a story both verbally and written forms
A great collaborator who can work with stakeholders and help influence and build partnerships
Being available to engage with geographically dispersed, virtual teams
Strong problem-solving and good communication skills
Ability to work effectively with creative directors, and different levels of management and functional
Passion for and real comfort with projects that have heavy doses of technology
