Aquent's Client is looking for a Design and Communications Manager for the Channel Strategy Planning Team to support and execute work out of the Burlingame, CA office. This role will assist in the planning, coordinating, and designing of presentations, sell-in materials, infographics, and communications throughout the Global Sales Organization. Job elements include cross-functional work integration, template design, project management, and communication excellence..
The successful candidate has experience in managing complex programs in a growth environment and is passionate about solving problems, building new processes, and helping external partners and internal teams grow the business. This role involves extensive collaboration between the Global Sales Org and cross-functional partners to ensure predictable communication of campaigns across the company.
•Design, build and maintain presentation templates representing projects across the Channel Strategy & Planning Team for both internal and external customers.
•Create visually appealing, data driven infographics for new product launches.
•Develop sell-in materials for external partners, including sell-in presentations, one-pagers, and spec sheets.
•Lead creation of bespoke presentation and sales materials for Keynote level events.
•Be the primary point of contact for status communications of program for the Global Sales teams and cross-functional partners
•Identify dependencies and tasks to integrate into a unified master timeline with the critical path milestones to go-live
•Organize and conduct meetings with key work partners to facilitate program execution and communications
•Manage schedules and production flow for deliverables
•Track and report status; continuously update the master timeline
•Write weekly posts and other communications regarding program status
•Communicate effectively in a cross-functional marketing and sales team and present ideas and designs effectively
•Develop a communication calendar and drive a regular cadence of internal communication posts across the Global Sales Organization
•Demonstrate clear and concise communication through written and verbal methods.
•A problem solver with a track record of driving sales performance and efficiency improvements across teams during period of growth
•Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment with little guidance
•Experience developing presentations in Keynote, Google Slides, and MS Powerpoint
•5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or creative fields
•5 years of experience in business strategy, marketing, sales planning or process optimization
•B.A. or M.S. Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration
•Ability to clearly communicate, work across cultures, influence stakeholders without authority
•Solid project or program management experience
•Experience in consumer electronics or hardware business
•Experience in developing presentation templates
•Experience in managing communication programs
•Experience using design software
•Experience in using program management tools such as Asana
•Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale
•Experience in working across cultures in a diverse work environment
