Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst for a long term opportunity with one of our valued clients in the Energy industry. This is a hybrid onsite opportunity with 3-4 days onsite each week in the North Houston campus.

The Digital Marketing Advisor is a key role within the Marketing Communication (MarCom) team. The role will work closely with MarCom team members and Global Business Unit (GBU) Marketing to identify opportunities to develop new or enhance existing website interactions with customers and prospects. The role will also contribute to the identification and design of digital marketing capabilities that improve performance across digital marketing platforms, e.g. SiteCore, DigiZuite, Salesforce.

Primary role/responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Brand Advisors and GBU Marketing in executing strategies to enhance customer web experience
• Collaborate with Brand Advisors and GBU Marketing to draw insights from data to enable more effective content development and more effective lead identification and management
• Identify metrics and recommend changes to digital marketing strategy
• Collaborate with Brand Advisors and GBU Marketing to ensure effective measurement of marketing strategies
• Provide regular status updates to MarCom, CS&I and GBU leadership, incorporating analysis of key metrics and reports; provide GBU user engagement data, insights and guidance as needed
• Provide guidance and best practices on digital marketing optimization experiments including Engagement Value Scoring (EVS), multivariate testing and A/B testing to increase targeting efforts and improve conversions
• Assist in developing customer profiles and journeys

Project-related role/responsibilities:
• Identify project scope (created by business, understood by Business Unit)
• Develop the Project Objectives and Strategies statement, training plans, and start-up plans
• Define Business Requirements ---Definition and Design Basis 
• Define Technical specifications 
• Define as-is and to-be business process, business process redesign and associated change management
• Develop, maintain and steward an integrated project change plan across IT, business and external resource dependencies
• Develop and maintain project communications and gain alignment with business stakeholders, Gatekeeper, and Project Owner
• Responsible for gaining business management commitment to execution of business change management and implementation plans (i.e. resource commitments)
• Develop and execute the project test plan that verifies requirements have been completed (traceable) and acceptance criteria have been met
• Act as the primary business interface for the project
• Work with Project Manager to develop, document and gain alignment on project scorecard and project acceptance criteria
• Provide input to Gatekeeper regarding issues of concern for communication to Project and functional executive management
• Provide input to Gatekeeper regarding results of external project reviews, e.g. IPRs, audits, risk assessments, and steward actions/ closure of review findings

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree, business management or marketing preferred
· Experience in digital/web marketing for global or national brand
· Knowledge of Sitecore platform and Google Analytics
· Knoweldge of Search Engine Optimization strategies
· Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping and experience development
· Anlaytic thinker with ability to communicate across diverse stakeholders with ease

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders across multiple business units
· Excellent business acumen and commercial aptitude
· Close attention to detail
