***Frequent travel to Seattle office***

Our client is seeking a highly-motivated, exceptionally organized Site Program Coordinator to provide coverage support to regional offices in Seattle and Bellevue, WA. Candidates should be passionate about event planning and execution, and be able to track several concurrent projects through to completion with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A successful candidate will have previous experience in Program or Project Management, administrative support, or event planning and execution. Superior written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.

This position will be a full-time (40 hours per week) contract role for a period of 12 months.

Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative and Event Coordination; including:
Local offsites, summits, employee development events, and fairs
Weekly operations for Office Welcome program, including office tour scheduling and content updates
Supporting the Site Team on the ground during major events
Weekly Newsletter drafting and distribution
Managing invitation lists and RSVPs
Scheduling coordination for performers, instructors, or vendors
Space reservations and set-up
Internal marketing of special events and trainings
Accounts payable as needed
Managing internal office groups and posts
Site-wide digital signage
Drafting office-wide comms as needed; such as: program updates, event reminders, general FYIs

3+ years of comparable coordination and/or administrative experience
Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS or industry equivalent

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
        •       Demonstrated ability to multitask on multiple projects
        •       Clear, organized communications
        •       Experience in fast-paced high performance environment

Good to have skills:
        •       Events Coordination
        •       Calendar management using Outlook Exchange
