Position: Associate Delivery Manager

As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing delivery of assets
across all channels. You will partner with various internal and external vendor teams to identify the best work
stream for the creation of the assets for each program. You will maintain consistent delivery processes
through effective partnerships with production, operations, translations, and agency partners, and act as a
subject matter expert to achieve volume efficiencies and speed to market.
As the owner of the Delivery Process, you will:
Proactively manage production and delivery of assets and make efficiency recommendations
Drive consistency and quality across all areas
Track and maintain projects each workstream and participate in related scaling exercises for the
In addition, you will:
Actively work with Program Managers, Channel Ops Teams, and Agencies on process
optimization and integration of milestones and schedules into larger programs.
Partner with production and agencies to deliver and optimize creative assets to spec, on time
and on budget.
Serve as the single point of contact to internal production teams, production vendors,
translation partners, PM, and operations.

2-3 years’ Program/Delivery/Marketing experience
Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage and track high volume of assets
Must be detail-oriented, but able to connect details back to business goals
Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities
Able to identify when projects are at risk
Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
