The primary focus in this role is generating brand expressions for this major skincare brand's product launch key visuals, seasonal campaign key visual concepts, and big ideas.

The O+O AD supports the brands O+ O (Online and Offline) creative team on creating 360 product campaign.
This position will work closely with AVP, and Senior art director of the O&O team to design the product launch visual concepts and creating presentation for big ideas, designing all the launch needs.
Occasionally will work directly under VP of O&O creative team.

Everyday tasks could be such as, concepting the visual direction, photoshop comping the idea, designing in-store collaterals, video storyboarding, attending agency meetings, providing feedback for design assets, and attending photo shoots.

This person must be an expert in branding, social, product 360 campaign, require knowing what works, and what doesn't. Understanding the need to be responsive to rapidly create online and offline content that's on brand, and relevant, in our fast paced, ever-changing world.

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, the ideal candidate should be fluent in branding, social media, photography and digital advertising platforms.

This talent needs to be a keen follower of technology, worldwide events, and pop culture, understand how to create engaging, meaningful content for Kiehl’s brand.

Support/create concepts, pre-production and postproduction and execute brand and social media creative needs, including videography & photography, graphic design for all online offline needs.
Able to bring innovative ideas from conceptualization to online and offline platforms for all instore and social campaigns
Respond to briefs with creative visual solutions.
Oversees/attends Brand Key visual shoot and oversee retouching. Attend social agency shoot.
Oversees the production process for all brand and social media creative assets
Self-starter must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Possess an open attitude and collaborative style. Need to collaborate with cross functional teams and with our key global partners

Strong conceptual abilities, expert art direction skills, exceptional photoshop comping skill, and a solid knowledge of the branding & social media landscape
7 years in a highly productive creative environment, with 4-5 years of design experience centered on branding, social media
Strong portfolio of real-world work that showcases retail-focused design thinking and expertise in brand and social media content creation
Experience working to tight deadlines
Adobe creative cloud knowledge and proficiency is must.
