Job Description:

Location: Preferably Seattle, NYC or LA due to influencer talent in the areas, but open to remote anywhere in US if you can work Pacific Hours.

In this role, you will need to think strategically and creatively and be able to navigate ambiguity, proactively plan for unavoidable roadblocks, all while maintaining a trustworthy relationship with cross-functional partners. A successful candidate must also be able self-motivated to oversee tasks. This candidate will have an introductory understanding of partnerships with great project management and communication skills to achieve success.


This role will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Task management for upcoming influencer and brand releases and curations.
  • Internal Portal Setup
  • Coordinating meetings and managing comms for brand and influencer partnerships.
  • PO and invoice management
  • Influencer asset management – Sorting and labeling imagery for CX, social, and overall marketing initiatives
  • Style Curation Management – Creating timelines, managing assets, and comms with talent/brands
  • Assist Talent Partnership team with updating key documents (briefs, contracts, decks, etc.) for influencer release strategy.   


  • Establishes and maintains business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensures the business needs of the customers are satisfied.
  • Ensures that initiatives are met in a timely manner and within a prescribed budget.


  • 2 years experience in project management, digital marketing, or influencer/brand partnerships
  • Analytical, organization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Managing communication/scheduling with external partners
  • Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint Proficiency
  • Interest in fashion, influencers, project management, and tech


  • Bachelor's degree
