Aquent Studios x Adobe is a custom-built creative agency partnership that provides
scalability with world-class talent to Adobe’s in-house studio and web team. This
collaboration creates exciting opportunities to work with Aquent Studios and impact
millions of customers, showcasing Adobe’s products via innovative storytelling and
unique visual experiences.

We’re looking for an Operations Project Coordinator on the Aquent Studios x Adobe team who
brings strong creative operations experience, is extremely organized, detail-oriented and self-
driven, to support Adobe’s Operations Lead and team. Operational efforts are key to ensuring
the team is running smoothly and receiving aligned and standardized materials and
communications for continued success as they grow and evolve. In this role, the Project
Coordinator will be focused on process, communication and change management support.


What you’ll do at the onset:
Various projects and Ops team support to include:

● Create a Wiki leveraging an outline provided and repurpose existing content in a visually appealing way
● Create report templates for the Operations team
● Process document updates and traceability (ensure update consistency is carried out through system of files, documents, etc)
● Clean-up of repositories and folder structures for ease-of-use
● Support Ops Lead in clean-up of contract repository

What you need to succeed/required skills:
● 2-3 years direct experience in creative operations within a corporate tech marketing organization or creative ad agency
● Exceptional attention to detail
● Strong organizational skills
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
● Demonstrates strong verbal and written skills
● Firm understanding of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
● Knowledge of wiki design using MS Wiki + the project management tool Workfront are extremely helpful in this role
● Design sensibilities such that you have the ability to transform reports or (often dry) materials into clear and appealing ones
● Time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects and meet all deadlines
● Manage stakeholder expectations while simultaneously upholding the vision and standards of Adobe Studio
