Job Description:

Production Manager manages the day to day production of marketing campaigns with the ability to manage several projects concurrently for the Marketing Production team in Branded Television.

• Manage all video marketing projects as assigned - serve as project lead from inception of project through production and delivery, shepherding the content through each step of
the process.
• Informing vendors and partners of department guidelines and technical specs to deliver all deliverables for every spot per our Guidelines and Procedures and be the connective tissue for our marketing operations and production team.
• Communicate to team daily on status of all assigned projects. Manage all information regarding assigned projects. Schedule and lead meetings to address campaign strategies and production issues and represent the interests of the campaigns under their guidance.
• Supervise routing process for all project creative to relevant parties, including internal creative team, executives, Legal, Standards & Practices and internal line of business clients.
• Create schedules and budgets with vendors that meet each project’s needs and due dates. Oversee Daily Schedule Summary to flag any financial inconsistencies to Director. Partner with Director and the Short Form Production team to review and enforce budgets and schedules. Partner with Director to track campaign budgets and actualization.
• Manage communication to and from clients, understanding their business needs from a marketing standpoint, as well as managing their expectations balanced with the content guidelines of DBranded Television.
• Manage production companies from conception of project to final approval and QC. Responsible for communicating and managing all details of projects with candor and clarity - this includes shoots and post-production. Serve as primary liaison between internal Marketing Production team, client and vendor.
• Delegate to Coordinators and follow-up on daily project-based tasks, including updating project database and management in person on status. Interfacing with Business Affairs for Licensing, Clearances, or Contract Requests and all related questions. Ensure proper submission of invoices as needed for projects.
• Oversee invoice and contracts with ability to delegate to coordinator as needed.
• Develop and explore practical strategies for workflows with Marketing Operations and provide feedback as primary users for the advancement of process innovation and efficiency. 

Basic Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years combined experience in the following areas:
• Network/Cable Television
• Production Company/Studio
• Line production, shoot management
• Post-production and delivery
• Commercials, On-Air Promotions, Interstitials, Music Videos, Shorts, Digital - Platforms, Long- form

• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth, working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Mac computer fluency.
• Strong management, financial and negotiation skills. A collaborative partner.
• Experience in delegating both to internal reports as well as shared service partners.
• Creatively additive to the process. Ability to add creative input.
• Ability to source and create opportunities for efficiency in all areas of the production process.
• General understanding and familiarity with the Disney Channel family of brands and content.

Preferred Qualifications
Required Education Bachelor’s degree in media related field or equivalent
