The MCM Program Manager will work closely with marketing leads to develop promotional resources for customers. This individual will collaborate closely with
internal stakeholders such as account teams, communications, legal/medical and vendors/agencies in the development, approval and on-going maintenance of
promotional resources.

This role will join the HCC Customer Agile Team for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). As a core team member of the HCC Customer Agile Team, this position will
collaborate with other agile team members to deliver on the franchise's objectives and key results from sprint to sprint. Key responsibilities of the role may include, but
not limited to the following:

Launch Product Promotion Management and Patient Support Program:
• Develop resources that meet the strategic and communication objectives for the brand in collaboration with agency partners and other external vendors to support
launch, promotional campaign, and patient support program materials
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to supporting promotions, participating in all development meetings, as well as concept review
• Manages projects and programs “end to end” through appropriate internal and external support services in development of content, design, Promotion Review
Team (PRT) approvals, and production, ensuring all activities are in full compliance with appropriate regulations and company policies
• Manages all Agency partners in order to achieve successful marketing promotion & communication plans, interfacing with Account Executives through appropriate
channels to obtain feedback and insight into segment resources and communications
• Manages overall budget, invoicing, and agency scope of work
• Ensure all activities are in full compliance with appropriate regulations and company policies

  • Required: BA/BS
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined sales, market research, promotion experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong Project Management background - end to end
  • Launch experience
  • Able to speak to strategy


Preferred skills:
• Experience with medical / legal review of promotional material 
• Experience in developing patient education and/or patient support program materials 
• Experience in agency management 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across functions
• Strong communication and multi-project management skills
• Experience with agile ways of working
• Experience tracking / monitoring budgets a plus
