Job Description:

***Our client in the energy industry is looking for a Multimedia Designer. The position is part-time (20 hours/week) + hybrid, requiring the individual to go into the Naperville, Illinois office 1 to 2 times a week.***

Job Description:

  • Creating graphics for social media campaigns using various resources such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Create professional PowerPoint leadership presentations on a weekly basis.
  • Create graphics and make regular edits to the Company's website to ensure it is an easy and simple resource for all customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to concept & develop artwork, proofread, prepare comps, build print ready files and maintain digital assets
  • Design in accordance with marketing briefs and brand standards.
  • Extend design concepts to different formats and mediums.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow corporate and departmental procedures.
  • Attend meetings, present concepts, communicate project status, updates or changes.
  • Act as quality control before releasing artwork for route or print by ensuring brand standards are met, approvals are provided, and reviewed for spelling and grammar.


Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of related experience. Corporate graphic design experience a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of creative process and understanding of terms and software/equipment required to develop/produce creative.
  • Expert knowledge of graphics software, primarily Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of people.
