Job Description:

Location: Los Angeles preferred, open to remote Pacific hours

Creative Program Managers are responsible for guiding high-complexity creative programs from inception to delivery, through the creative lifecycle, including initial scope & WBS development to ultimately delivering the final design outputs. This role will be responsible for independently managing both larger-scale product marketing initiatives (ex. new product launches) as well as high-impact brand campaigns and seasonal promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, will be able to navigate ambiguous situations, and will be skilled at assessing and managing risks, understand and communicate priorities to various stakeholders, and will be able to manage a high-volume of end-to-end creative workflows cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading high-impact digital campaigns and ecommerce platform content. They will be able to translate broad ideas and concepts into actionable project plans and will be responsible for partnering with ecommerce, video and photography production teams to determine realistic schedules and project handoff dates in order to meet desired product and campaign launch dates. They will directly manage the design team workflow and reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Review scope of requests
  • Manage/assign creative resources
  • Create WBS, align cross functionally on timing
  • Schedule and run creative reviews up to leadership
  • Submit for legal review
  • Handoff assets

Projects:

  • Digital work to manage content creation for product pages
  • Launch upcoming product by creating assets and potential campaigns
  • Brand initiatives and campaigns 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing project management
  • Experience directly managing creative workflow and assets development
  • Able to scope, plan and manage a creative project from start to finish
