Job Description:

Location: Remote // Hours: Flexible

This role focuses on all PM needs and deliverables in relations to the Tooling Team. Will be running weekly meetings, creating PowerPoint decks, collecting notes from teammates in regard to tasks and risks.


  • Project manage the tooling work stream within Customer Success, who can quickly ramp up and become a SME for tooling work stream and act as a liaison to other adjacent work streams. 
  • Run the weekly tooling meetings, who could collect all the required information needed and run the meetings on behalf of the tooling team, gathering updates from work stream owners on their status, risks, and tasks. 
  • Be proactive and self-directive in documenting, tracking, and updating open items and risks.
  • Managed PowerPoint decks make sure they're up to date, if there are risks called out, will go to other meetings on behalf of the tooling team and represent tooling work streams, collecting notes and providing the insights back to the team (HR Taxonomy or Skilling calls, with action items they should be considering from a tooling perspective.)


  • 4+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with software tools and experience with presenting deliverables


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
