Platform Analyst

​Our client oversees the creation, updating and maintenance of various content and communications. A Platform Analyst uses Marketing Technology to create, update and deliver customer required communications. Platform Analysts are responsible for accurately creating, updating, and creating various types of customer required communications. The Platform Analyst is an expert cardholder content, legal templates, document formats, and delivery across all marketing channels.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create, update and test regulatory-required cardholder documents using relevant Martech
• Consistently maintain a 99.9 accuracy level for templates, content blocks, and documents
• Program manage the tactical execution of multiple online and printed templates for internal clients using Workfront to obtain required approvals
• Ensure content, templates and documents meet client requirements, SYF/Client brand standards, channel requirements, legal and regulatory guidelines
• Liaise with key business partners to support activities pertaining to interpretation of specifications for new builds, release scheduling, deployments, installations and configurations for CHD applications and related platforms, including databases.
• Create or modify XML, Schema Definitions (XSD) as needed to create and/or update content blocks, templates, and documents


• 3-5 years of XML experience
• 2-3 years of XSD, Data Model, and JavaScript experience
• 2+ years of Project Management, preferably Agile
• Prior work experience in Financial Services

Desired Characteristics:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology
• Master’s degree preferred
• Analytical thinking
• Prior work experience supporting Marketing functions
• Oracle database experience
• Experience working in and navigating a highly regulated business
• Strong problem solving, analysis and reporting skills
