This Client Team is looking for an energetic, experienced and confident Asset Manager to help manage secure files for print/digital marketing projects and events. This position will support studio directors and other
producers to help maintain secure access to brand assets for Client products.

We’re looking for an experienced Asset Manager with logistical skills and security experience to strengthen our growing team and help deliver world class design assets every day. We seek an individual that can manage many assets simultaneously with proactive and reactive problem-solving skills to maintain a high level of security and follow/enforce process. The Asset Manager will track campaign/event BOMs (Build of Materials list) for event and brand assets. We are looking for someone with superior asset tracking and ownership skills, a willingness to eagerly respond to tracking requests, and someone who puts an importance on security principles and protocals. This person will also work closely with PM’s on Client Product Marketing teams for campaign asset tracking.

This primary function of this role will be to focus on tracking all marketing assets for confidential campaigns working with a team of folks from across the brand, device and design teams. This role will also involve sourcing, managing and cataloging everything from product renders to videos to screenshots for use in a variety of ways (at the events, in video, digital, social, PR, retail, etc.) and creating/maintaining SharePoint sites to maintain the content flow.


Candidate Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive asset management for all assigned projects for Client Product Integrated Marketing.
  • Function as main point of contact for all Devices marketing assets for Client Brands.
  • Communicate asset status/details to designers, directors, and other producers regularly.
  • Define, track and report on the current assets.
  • Proactively manage confidentiality process and maintain permissions for secure file transfer utilities.
  • Liaise with security team and Surface Asset Manager to serve as POC for all assets for each line of business.
  • Manage workgroup sharing platform: onboard users and serve as POC to troubleshoot access issues.
  • Drive ongoing evaluation of asset status and assist in brand asset reviews.
  • Continually evaluate tools available & drive discussions around how to improve process and file storage.
  • Coordinate efficiency & logistics for all aspects of asset management for simultaneous projects including security, scheduling, meetings, asset backup and delivery of assets.
  • Schedule and drive all asset management meetings for each assigned project.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Candidate Requirements

  • The candidate will have 2+ years asset management experience (preferably in a fast-paced agency environment, events team, or brand studio) managing marketing assets for print and digital deployment in marketing channels.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Edge & Outlook. 
  • Organizational skills are essential to succeeding in this role while managing critical assets and assistance with 1st and 3rd party asset approvals.
  • The candidate must be a self-starter, a master multi-tasker, a great communicator, and a proactive planner to succeed.
  • Ability to manage concurrent workback and production schedules to be aware of upcoming asset requests.
  • The ability to receive requests and being able to judge the level of security needed for each request in a fast- paced environment via exceptional time management skills is critical.
  • The ability to deal with ambiguous situations and conditions, and an ongoing need to identify, assess, and solve problems quickly and frequently is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and cross-team collaboration skills with the proven ability to work with and build win-win relationships with creative teams (e.g. graphic and video production artists), technical teams (e.g. developers), and non-technical teams (e.g. PR and Marketing) alike is necessary.
