Job Description:

Position Title: Manager Global Campaigns 
Department: Global Marketing 
Division: Kitchen & Bath Group

Under general supervision, of the Director Global Campaign & Channel Marketing – Kitchen & Bath Group; the Manager Global Campaigns will be responsible for the strategic development of key product/category/theme campaign assets & tactics to ensure maximum reach & impact to grow the business. This individual will drive the development and implementation of marketing assets such as photography, video, social & digital to ensure the campaign will drive awareness, conversion & specification/purchase across all channels.

• Ability to see “big picture” to drive end results
• Act as a champion in carrying out and communicating management’s strategies and goals throughout the business.
• Perspective in both traditional & performance marketing
• Identify with input from regions and category strategy teams to determine most impactful campaigns to drive growth
• Ensure consistency and excellence across regional campaign & channel execution

1. Plan, forecast, and implement process to drive campaign success
2. Understand trends, customer base, competition ; make recommendations to develop and introduce new ways to drive growth of campaign & brand loyalty thru cross channel experience
3. Build and execute on business cases with category strategy and regional marketing collaboration to drive campaign strategy, priorities, and consistency
4. Drive delivery of global business objectives related to campaigns including sales growth
5. Partner with category strategy to identify key campaign messages and claims to drive Kohler global leadership and campaign success in key categories
6. Drive campaign excellence and specialization across channels in partnership with global channel owners
7. Manage creation and delivery of wholistic campaign asset packages in partnership with communications team that deliver on regional needs and drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across channels
8. Ensure global campaign KPI tracking to evaluate campaign success and drive lessons learned
9. Identify campaign best practices to share with and educate regional partners on exceptional campaign execution
10. Collaborate with regional marketing teams to problem solve and to build comprehensive global campaign plan
11. Own global campaigns internal communications, including calendar indicating global team support and deliverables, regular cadence of updates, and report-out on global campaign status
12. Manage campaigns budget to align with priorities and resources

Supervisory Relationships:
1. Reports to Director Global Campaigns & Channel Marketing – Kitchen & Bath Group

Organization Relationships:
1. Works closely with various regional teams within marketing – channel and category owners
2. Works closely with Corporate Communications

External Business Relationships:
1. Establishes & Works with outside consultants and agencies.


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, MBA/MS preferred, but not required
• 7-10 years’ prior experience in marketing, communications or channel management, with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results
• Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit to act quickly and think differently
• Must possess a keen creative mind, be strong on planning, detail, and accuracy
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management and outside contacts
• Must be able to multi-task and deliver results
• Cross-functional experience is preferred
