Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Ad Operations lead to join their fast-growing team focused on supporting ad plan initiatives. You will be the go-to person for coordinating the platform setup, creative review workflows, trafficking best practices, and reporting. You’ll work with our external trafficking team, advertisers, and internal MarTech partners to implement best practices, and ensure flawless campaign delivery. This role is part of the Global Media Operations team and is remote-friendly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate the discovery, setup, and future-proofing of our SSP stack (Xandr)
  • Work with Sales to execute targeting strategy by owning audience creation and data orchestration across our tech stack
  • Implement the SSP architecture and coordination of vendor-supported end-to-end campaign tracking, tagging, and trafficking to ensure accurate measurement of key media performance indicators
  • Build the framework to check platform adherence to technical specifications.
  • Communicate and troubleshoot any issues that affect implementation, tracking, and/or reporting.
  • Complete quality assurance checks and testing of creative assets to ensure proper functionality across browsers
  • Communicate with external vendors to confirm proper campaign set-up and deployment
  • Troubleshoot creative and technical issues with internal and external partners
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation of ad ops processes and procedures
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal media and creative teams on opportunities to improve the ad delivery process
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement by creating efficiencies in the daily role, sharing processes and procedures with team members

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 5+ years of experience in an ad operations role
  • Expert knowledge of Xandr
  • Experience within the digital online ecosystem, including familiarity with third-party ad servers such as DCM, Innovid, etc
  • Comprehension and experience in the implementation of digital video and other formats, including VAST

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Publisher-side or Trading Desk experience is highly desirable
  • Vendor management experience Attention to detail and ability to zoom in and out
  • Passion for problem-solving and troubleshooting creative and technical issues
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a bias toward data-led decision making
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and excel in a lean work environment
