This role leads through influence by creating clarity and generating energy to deliver success. The Program Manager partners with senior leaders, at varying levels, across the five target organizations to accelerate outcomes aligned to the Client's strategic direction surfacing the assets, and collateral and fostering connect, learning, and the exchange of knowledge and expertise. The Program Manager serves as a role model for individual contributor leadership and Client culture. This role demonstrates the ability to make others great and lead success through mentoring, coaching, and developing Community leadership teams while fostering an inclusive environment that embraces all aspects of diversity.

Job responsibilities:

The Program Manager's responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and nurture a portfolio of Client's strategic priorities.
  • Manage and deliver on Program’s Communication plan: Ability to extract relevant content from variety of sources and compile communications targeted for various stakeholders, from community members to senior leadership, with appropriate level of details.
  • Serve as a Subject Mater Expert on Community tools.
  • Serve as a liaison with Devices Engineering System (DES) team. Program Manage implementation and enhancements of Community tools, from articulation of business requirements to validation and adoption change management plan definition and execution.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership team to define and execute strategy and plans.
  • Create and execute Adoption and Change Management plans to drive clarity and deliver on the priorities defined.
  • Serve as an advocate and champion for Community Leadership teams by surfacing needs and gaps, and actively work to prioritize, design, and lead strategies leveraging a diverse network and partnerships.
  • Use data-driven insights and learnings to inform the direction and activity within designated community portfolio as well as influence overall Communities approach, evolution, and innovation.
  • Identify, engage, and champion individual contributor leaders to serve in Community leadership roles. and positioned to foster communities grounded in diversity, inclusion, and the best of Client culture.


  • 5+ years’ experience in program management and/or relationship management functions.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization preferred.
  • Strong, collaborative first team player that demonstrates the ability to synthesize information and share openly and transparently to position themselves and the team to build upon the work and ideas of others and contribute to the success of others.
  • Excellent communication skills to guide senior leaders and leadership teams through the impact of decision alternatives to accomplish targeted outcomes.
  • Exceptional ability to influence without authority, deal with ambiguity, problem-solving, process improvement and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to create clarity and generate energy, coupled with the demonstrated ability to deliver success through others.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relative experience.
