The Go-To-Market (GTM) Activation, Executive, and Social Selling team aims to keep the Cloud GTM organization informed while inspiring sellers to take action around product and solution launches, Client Cloud campaigns and initiatives, internal culture initiatives, Cloud events, and more. We thrive in the sweet spot between using our creative instincts paired with research-driven strategic insights. This team creates world-class content and data-driven concepts that communicate the value of Client Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact it can have on their business.

As we grow, the GTM Activation team is working closely with partners and teams across all aspects of Client Cloud. We’re looking for someone to help expand the work we are doing through our Social Selling program, to ensure that social content and communications maintain the standards and quality we set for ourselves.

Build and maintain a content calendar, working with external and internal partners.

  • Story mine & copywrite weekly social content, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter, for our seller and executive audiences.
  • Community management for our Social Selling program.
  • Support the development of regular reporting and insight development for our Social Selling program.
  • Maintain social channels and brand guidelines for multiple executives, including direct management of social channels and blog posts.
  • Build out the education vertical of the program by concepting and promoting trainings around social media best practices and key tools available to the field.
  • Develop ad-hoc blog content for our internal sales audience to help them better understand social media, and the trainings/resources we support through the Social Selling program.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience with platforms for content production, publishing and distribution (e.g. experiential content creation platforms, podcasts, newsletters, social, etc).
  • Effectively able to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and requests in a timely manner.

Desired

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, creative copywriting, or community management.
  • Experience in creating content, publishing content, and reporting on content for Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in a Digital Agency specifically working in social media.
  • Experience in putting together social and digital strategies.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills that can create consensus from diverse perspectives.
  • Commitment to learning and sharing knowledge with your peers and team.
