This Digital Project Manager will support all digital membership channels. This position is fast paced, task management oriented and requires coordinating daily projects across numerous positions. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in organization and attention to detail, by leveraging their technical and interpersonal skills. Diligence and follow through in managing digital marketing campaigns through the strategy, creative, trafficking, and performance stages. Report to and work with industry leading experts in all aspects of Direct to Consumer marketing across Paid and Organic digital channels.  This position will support digital channels by coordinating projects across all channels to optimize the digital prospect and member experience. This is a critical function in evolving and growing the digital channels for this client. This individual will be required to foster good relationships across the association along with vendors which contribute to the success of meeting membership goals of the client.

This individual must thrive in fast paced, quickly evolving environments that require extreme attention to detail and management of budgets, creative, tracking, offers, inventory, and reporting. Position will project manage acquisition and renewal campaigns and tests across Search (paid and organic), Paid Social, Display and Pods. Technical marketing knowledge of URL structure, pixels, testing strategy, and databases is a plus. Ideal candidate is very detail oriented.

This role will report to the Director, Digital Channels.

What you'll do:
• Collaborate with Agency, Business Analysis and Database teams to collect, analyze and report on campaign data
• Analyze current processes continuously and seek opportunities to automate, where possible, to improve the efficiency of all digital channels
• Project manage campaign timelines for creative, offers and tracking across all digital membership channels
• Support the overall delivery of campaigns by ensuring timely trafficking of campaigns, performance optimization, troubleshooting and reporting. Entails campaign set up and coordination across multiple digital platforms.
• Maintain organization and tracking of campaign URL and offers.
• Be on point to troubleshoot any campaign/creative issues that affect serving, tracking, implementation, or reporting
• Understand database and payment system API calls. Work with IT team to identify and implement improvements
• Develop campaign maintenance process, monitoring, performance analysis (audience/campaign/placement), Modify and troubleshoot campaigns and ads throughout their lifecycle and execute change requests and revisions to ad campaigns
• Work with membership pod to manage development workflow and ensure the timely execution of digital marketing assets (including landing pages and join/renew forms).
• Manage project roadmaps to ensure timely execution, communicating progress on a weekly basis

What you'll bring:
• Digital marketing experience in online advertising campaigns
• Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystem (Ad servers, Demand Side Platforms, ad exchanges and bidding algorithms)
• Technical digital background. General understanding of HTML, pixels, UX tools, console errors, and API calls
• Proven experience (ideally 3-4 years) with Atlassian project management tools including Jira and Confluence
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with website developers, databases, and analytics platforms
• Clear view of how media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing experience
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, diligence and follow-through, and experience prioritizing multiple deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment on an independent basis and with minimal supervision
• A team player who is able to work collaboratively within the group and across business units/functions.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office suite, especially excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
• Must be a proactive thinker that maintains a positive attitude
• Must be good with numbers, analytical and inquisitive by nature
• Strong project management experience with digital marketing experience
