Job Description:

Our large banking client is looking for a Creative Program Manager for a long term role. 
Small business card conversion and migration is a priority for our Client. In this role, the client is looking to i) convert the existing  small business Card portfolio to the new proprietary small business product offering and ii) simplify the proprietary small business product offering by building a new, compelling small business credit card and converting six existing products into this one new product. The client goals are to provide customers with timely information to help make the migration a smooth process for their customers, create positive reactions about the new product, and promote active engagement.

The Creative Manager will support the internal marketing activities for the Small Business product migration communication strategy and manage the print production for the direct mail campaigns to drive customer conversion, activation and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional groups (creative agency, email/direct mail execution) to lead, develop and execute creative concepts
• Lead development/audit of all creative concepts
• Lead submission of creative concepts to Legal & Compliance for approvals
• Work with Product team to ensure value proposition is reflected in messaging and convey to creative agency

Qualifications

• Prior marketing program management experience
• Experience in retail bank marketing is preferred
• Experience with CBOL/MBOL placements is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Manage well in an environment with multiple deadlines and tight turnaround times
