POSITION SUMMARY: As Production Manager, you will partner with internal teams and external vendors to bring
creative visions to life. This position will focus specifically on production, kitting and distribution of printed materials
and manufactured merchandisers for in-store retail displays.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Act as a subject matter expert in consulting with internal creative and marketing teams
• Partner with established vendors to produce graphics and merchandisers on time and on budget
• Maintain up to date knowledge of best manufacturing and kitting practices
• Drive cost savings by partnering with vendors to constantly look for and present options for cutting costs
• Use expertise to provide quality control and set internal expectations for all prototypes and finished goods
• Manage schedules with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all goods deliver on time
• Manage forecasts and budgets with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all goods are produced
on or below budget

• Build and maintain strong internal cross functional relationships with creative, merchandising, marketing,
program management and procurement teams
• Build and maintain strong external vendor relationships with established manufacturers and kitting vendors
• Partner with Procurement on RFP’s in order to establish preferred vendor contracts
• Partner with marketing and program managers to build and maintain a manageable workflow
• Work with cross functional business partners to create successful hand off/workflow process; implement
new processes when necessary
• Drive innovation through presenting new materials and manufacturing opportunities to creative and
marketing teams
• Act as a role model in approach to unforeseen changes and rush projects. Be flexible with change
• Maintain a client first filter

• 4+ years in a program, project or production manager or visual merchandising role within an advertising or
marketing organization; retail experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Experience and desire to lead, mentor and manage direct reports
• Willingness to be flexible with change and approach projects with a can-do attitude
• Expertise in manufacturing and partnering with external vendors and internal teams
• Familiar with Smartsheets, Workfront/Proof HQ a plus, InDesign and Photoshop
