Job Description:


In this role, you will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, exploring the behaviors and motivations of our users, and working with teams of Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and others to plan and execute qualitative studies and ensure UX insights are incorporated into product strategy and design. The role will require delivering exciting oral, written and visual presentations about research findings and insights in order to help the UX team understand what would make a user’s experiences feel more intuitive, accessible and fun.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead a rapid research program for teams across project
  • Lead, moderate, and analyze usability lab studies, interviews, and surveys 
  • Communicate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

BA/BS degree in Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science or other related fields or equivalent practical experience At least 3 years industry experience conducting user research or M.A/M.S./Ph.D. Experience with a range of qualitative research methods and analysis techniques Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Desired

M.A/M.S./Ph.D. (in progress or completed) in Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Product Design, or other field 4+ years of relevant work experience
