The Marketplace Development Manager will contribute to the definition, operations, and strategy for launching marketplace sellers on CVS.com. This individual will develop the assortment and seller recruitment strategy, apply seller onboarding best practices and deliver budgeted sales and gross margin. This individual will collaborate with digital product teams to influence site enhancements and improve the extended aisle customer experience on CVS.com.
Develop assortment and seller recruitment strategy to deliver budgeted sales and margin goals of the digital extended aisle business.
Contribute to assortment and marketplace seller prioritization and guardrails. Execute best practices and centralize resources for the seller onboarding experience.
Drive and analyze overall business. Understand performance and market trends.
Collaborate with an internal team of CVS professionals in Store Merchandising, Site Merchandising, Site Operations, Digital Product, Pricing, Loyalty & Personalization, Legal, Vendor A/P, Customer Care, and Store Brands.
Collaborate with analytics and optimization teams to synthesize complex web data, product performance and voice of customer data to form actionable insights to accelerate growth.
Demonstrate the ability to problem solve, multitask, adapt to changing priorities, to be decisive under ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines.
Contribute insights to presentations with depth and clarity.
Identify KPIs, track vendor performance and recommend actions for improving dropship business.
Research customer product preferences, supplier prices and the competitive environment.

4+ years of experience in a retail organization or in an analytical, merchandising, or buying position
4+ years of experience ecommerce category merchandising and deep understanding of digital KPIs
2+ years of experience creating executive level PowerPoint presentations
2+ years of experience with advanced Excel supporting needed analytics for business case and or market insights
Experience with DropShip or Marketplace Extended Aisle a must have
