Job Description:

 This person will help to develop business marketing strategies and content to help agencies and advertisers see Client's platforms as the world’s biggest sandlot for them to develop, test and refine creative ideas. In particular, the ideal candidate will have the strategic, storytelling, and operational acumen to combine industry insights with Meta products and solutions and provide creative guidance and data-backed best practices that inspire advertisers to create effective mobile creative and change how they engage with creative on our platforms.

This person will also be highly collaborative, with experience in driving cross-functional marketing initiatives, and setting goals and expectations for sustained impact. Excellence in communication and stakeholder management is required.


- Develop integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, education and adoption of creative guidance for the agency and advertiser audience
- Responsible for helping further the creative strategies marketing system, by highlighting, amplifying and driving to creative measurement content and the Creative Guidance Navigator (CGN) tool to inform advertisers’ campaigns and strategies
- Developing and analyzing quarterly traffic reports for the CGN tool
- Execute on marketing strategies, delivering related programs and materials (e.g., presentations and keynote decks, sales enablement, campaign assets) that bring Clients creative best practices to life and drive established outcomes
- Support the development and maintenance of client's tool, enabling us to become the one-stop shop and go-to for all creative best practices on Meta platforms
- Lead/support cross-functional relationships to scale Client's position as a measurement leader with teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional Marketing and Sales partners on opportunities to scale work via major marketing moments and sales channels
Support the integration of measurement solutions within key GBM programs like Video/Brand Solutions and Insights & Foresights


- Experience guiding content development and strategy across different channels and with input from multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of fundamental project management concepts, such as creating work-back schedules, evaluating project scope, and managing deliverables
- Comfortability with industry insights and competitive industry trends
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on complex concepts and plan and execute on multiple marketing initiatives in tandem
- Track record of collaborating across multiple teams, internal and external vendors/contractors, and agencies to produce marketing assets
