Job Description:

This Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for assisting with digital marketing initiatives around product-related social accounts. Reporting into the Manager, Digital Marketing, this role will work with the Digital Marketing team on audience development, content creation and brand voice.


• Manage and help develop digital strategy for current campaigns.

• Help develop copy and social content to complement brand campaigns, maintaining the brand voice across all platforms

• Leverage zeitgeist conversation, and encourage fan and talent engagement through content and community management

• Stay abreast of social media platform functionality and trends to better inform content creation and strategies

• Provide weekly reporting of content performance and campaigns across social platforms

• Maintain social calendars and programming of related social accounts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company, the Central Digital Marketing team and partners for support of content and campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years experience in brand management, and digital marketing of entertainment properties.

• Extreme understanding of social media behavior, trends, and community management.

• Experience with streaming platform digital marketing – how a product works, and how to make effective social media marketing materials to drive engagement and subscriber growth.

Skills and Capabilities:

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Passionate about social media and storytelling, particularly in short form AV or static mediums.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, and within a matrixed reporting environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, strong working relationships and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers and partners across varying teams

• Highly collaborative sensibility, with ability to be open minded to feedback and always seeking out the best idea, not just their own idea.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferably a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field

  • Bachelor’s degree.
