Job Description:


  • Collaborate with Business, creative, agency, and operations teams to execute upon and deliver direct mail campaigns into market
  • Translate and communicate Business and marketing goals into effective creative briefs
  • Manage creative development (with internal creative teams or agency partners) to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to our strategic intent and delivered on schedule
  • Manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while staying focused on delivering excellent results
  • Develop insight-driven marketing strategies that include positioning recommendations, testing opportunities and clear timelines
  • Navigate/negotiate through a complex organization
  • Be detail-oriented in working through a fast-paced environment with manual-driven processes

Qualifications for success:

  • At least 3 years marketing experience; ***MUST have direct mail experience***
  • Multi-channel experience preferred
  • Firm grasp of marketing KPI’s and levers for improvement
  • Highly effective communicator and skilled relationship-builder who can influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking
  • Able to connect martech capabilities to marketing possibilities across targeting, creative, and experience
