As a Senior Innovation Manager, you will generate, curate and explore innovation ideas that have potentials for development for Digital Health. You will own and execute the earliest phases of the innovation process from idea creation and funnel management through to the end of the exploration phase and handoff.

This is a contract position based in Santa Clara, CA with a minimum duration of 12 months (with a high likelihood of extension).

Responsibilities:
● Partner with the businesses to capture product ideas to develop the innovation strategy for unmet
customer needs.
● Drive an efficient and effective flow of ideas through the early innovation process.
● Lead product development ideas through a customer/user centric approach taking into account all three dimensions of desirability, viability and feasibility.
● Develop cross-functional teams to explore new ideas, bringing Innovation Management and Exploration expertise into established teams and ensuring high quality and efficiency in the exploration process.
● Coach project team members from other functions on innovation approach and methods.
● Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and efficacy of the team in the
innovation ecosystem while organizing and streamlining the interfaces towards a framework for success.

Requirements:
● BS/MS in Engineering or Science with a preference towards Innovation Management, or Design Thinking  or a related field.
● Passionate and visionary leader with 6+ years of experience in an Innovation role.
● Strong skills in applying innovation tools like journey mapping, service blueprint, etc., combined with
strong business acumen.
● Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand customer needs and
pain points.
● Strong facilitation and coaching skills in the area of Design Thinking (Method, Tools, Process and Mindset), Service Design and Lean Start-up. Expert knowledge in the process of Ideation.
● Proven track record of delivering innovation with measurable impact. You know what it takes to bring innovative products to the market.
● Experienced in working in an agile work environment, thorough understanding of the agile development methodology
● Proven ability to operate and lead effectively in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment
