Our healthcare Saas client is looking for their next B2B Content Manager (100% remote) to join their growing team. This role will serve in a strategic, creative, and operational capacity to develop and lead content strategies and lifecycle activities that produce consistent, informative, usable, inspirational, and actionable brand, product, and consumer-oriented content. They will partner closely with design,  product, sales, client, and leadership teams to understand buyer (B2B) needs and develop content strategies across an omnichannel system. As the content team leader, they will ensure our brand is continuously communicating the value, benefits, and features of our products and services in meaningful ways to our end users. This role will lead a team of copywriters and editors to govern content standards and produce high-performing content at scale.

Candidates with experience driving content strategies that support B2B lead generation; especially with healthcare experience are highly preferred!

- Develop, manage, and govern brand voice, tone, and standards. Ensure standards are documented and developed within team processes—train end-users on standards.
- Manage an omnichannel system of content, deploying best practices within each communications channel and across user/buyer journeys. Identify and adhere to channel- level best practices and   requirements and develop methods of governance within content execution.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Sales leaders to uncover buyer insights and collaborate to define buyer personas, buyer journeys, lead funnels, and other artifacts - and then develop measurable content systems within these frameworks.
- Develop content strategies that define requirements for sales support materials, such as collateral/sell sheets, case studies/success stories, pitch presentations, RFP responses, and more. Develop final tactics as needed to support capacity needs.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Consulting team to build and manage the organization’s thought leadership editorial calendar.
- Support the Product team with content creation and auditing for brand's technology solutions, which include a consumer-facing mobile app and online portal as well as a client- facing digital platform
- Produce content artifacts and wireframes that enable clear definition of content development requirements. Partner with design teams to map out user journeys and map content flows.
- Leverage user insights, qualitative and quantitative, to develop content hierarchies, key messaging pillars, and information architectures.
- Inform new user studies and research efforts needed to validate new ideas and prototypes.
- Lead a content team responsible for compelling content for all brand marketing initiatives (B2B), including website pages, landing pages, emails, blog articles, white papers/guides/eBooks, video scripts, press releases, social media content, infographics, digital marketing (e.g., paid search, display), promotional ads, and more.
- Continuouly optimize content with user-centered strategies that include data-driven insights, user research studies, test & learn activities, and other validation methods.
- Define, develop and oversee content templates and standards: documentation, resources, templates, training, and refinement/improvement cycles.
- Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and subject matter experts, to create and deliver timely and relevant content.
- Analyze and optimize content performance across channels.
- Partner with and manage relevant vendor relationships as needed.
- Keep a pulse on marketing trends, industry news, and the competitive landscape to best position our brand and product content.

- 5+ years of experience within content marketing.
- 5+ years informal and/or formal leadership within a marketing team.
- 2+ years of Healthcare and/or technology industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, or advanced related work experience.
- Clear communicator and influencer across teams and departments.
