Job Description:

Our business is responsible for the creative advertising, research, media, publicity and promotion of every movie released theatricallly by the company, and we’re now excited to add to our portfolio, support of our new streaming service.


• Work alongside team to create and execute AV marketing materials and original content (Trailers, TV spots, creative content) specific to each campaign, from editorial through finishing.

• Manage the finishing of all AV materials. Approve final mix and online editorial.

• Effectively manage outside vendors to create, revise, and finish materials within timeline and budget.

• Utilize feedback from Team Leader to create and prepare materials for focus groups and online testing.

• Manage materials calendar, available materials and delivery schedules communication to the markets.

• Work closely with the localization teams to supply finished materials and meet deadlines.

• Work alongside the Creative Coordinator to secure approvals from talent reps, internal stakeholders, legal and music clearances.

• Manage title marketing budgets; reporting regular updates to Team Leader.

• Liaise and communicate with internal departments, including Domestic, Strategy, Promotions, Digital, Publicity, etc. for global consistency and sharing of materials.

• Collect and manage Int’l market requests for Content Days with talent, and toolkit requests.

• Oversee special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

• At least 5 years of experience in Creative Advertising within the entertainment industry. Experience working with international markets preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in an AV role, solid knowledge of the creative and finishing processes required.

• Strong proficiency in the following programs – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote. Adobe Premiere/FinalCut experience a plus.

• Ability to work well individually, while also collaborating with the larger group.

• Must be able to accept changes readily and be flexible in adapting to re-prioritized tasks.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Enthusiastic, energetic, "always available" attitude.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
