Aquent's Client is seeking a Digital Content Producer to join our Precision Marketing (CRM) team. This role will focus on creating and managing email marketing content for iconic brands.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven and creative, and able to keep content fresh, dynamic, and compelling while balancing competing priorities. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role requiring the ability to lead and execute at the day-to-day campaign level, while also driving towards “big picture” goals and objectives. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Precision Marketing (CRM)


• Write curated copy for weekly email campaigns and newsletters, and source digital content such as images and links

• Develop a deep understanding of each Network’s unique brand voice and marketing strategies.

• Lead the campaign production process by adhering to content deadlines, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating asset collection, testing, QA, & approvals.

• Follow all brand, governance, and legal compliance requirements and ensure they are upheld by partners.

• Manage image rights, logo usage, and copyright requirements.

• Provide basic digital graphic design support using Adobe Photoshop.

• Maintain campaign production calendars as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of upcoming and historic content strategies, testing, and editorial direction.

• Drive and measure success against departmental KPIs for customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and personalization initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on content strategy and performance.

• Contribute to other content production projects and business reviews.


• 2+ years relevant web/digital content management and copywriting experience. Email marketing experience preferred. Entertainment industry marketing experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. A degree related to writing, communications, or marketing preferred.

• Excellent written and oral communication including grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.

• Strong proficiency with MS Office required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external partners across a highly matrixed organization to drive CRM initiatives.

• Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Proven track record developing a concept/content into a strong visual presentation that maximizes the user experience.

• Intermediate Adobe Photoshop graphic design skills to cut and resize images, create engaging graphics and gifs as necessary. Knowledge of email design principles preferred.

• Experience analyzing data and/or reports for key performance indicators and applying knowledge to editorial direction.

• Demonstrable aptitude for learning new skills, programs, and processes

• Good listener with the ability to internalize feedback.

• Self-starter, innovative, proactive, problem-solver

• Must enjoy and very detail-oriented work and be flexible and adaptable.

• Knowledge of HTML/ CSS is preferred.

• Experience working with 3rd party email service provider platforms (e.g. Cheetah Digital, Salesforce, Movable Ink), editorial editing, or asset management tools preferred.
