Job Description:

The main function of marketing associate is to assist marketing team with developing, executing and measuring marketing programs for lead generation, market awareness, website enhancement and sales support activities.


• Digital channel execution excellence - Ensuring exceptional digital advertising delivery in ad creative, ad format, platform innovation, QA and optimisation

• Digital Tracking - Ensuring every digital campaign, ad and channel had the most comprehensive tracking and subsequent reporting allowing to advanced optimisation

• Digital channel delivery lead - Responsible for ensuring digital agencies, channels and partners have all required deliverables implemented to drive maximum impact

• Campaign tracking set up - Ensuring all internal requirements are met to ensure robust digital campaign measurement

• Digital channel reporting - Working with data science and data engineering to build aligned digital channel reports to track performance against goals and optimisation opportunities

• Digital channel GTM excellence - Continuous digital GTM process review, refinement and optimisation

Demand Generation Experience Required:

• Digital channel B2B SaaS experience in; Media Partners, Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic and Emerging Digital Channels

• Mar/Ad-tech, Enrichment, Routing, Automation, Nurture, Activation, Monetization, Personalization

• Measurement: MTA, Lead Generation, Pipeline Value, Product Usage, Pixels, Tracking, UTMs, 1st and 3rd party data

• Data and Analytics: Excel, Reporting and forecasting/ Tableau

• Data reporting tools: Google Data Studio, Salesforce and Marketo

• Strong project management skills

• Experience working with privacy, legal and engineering teams


• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.

• 8 to 10 years experience in digital marketing campaigns and programs, digital channel optimization- build the campaign, tracking things, getting the campaigns live to the world

• Setting up salesforce campaigns, marketing programs, tracking ads, reviewing digital ads, QA, optimization, innovation, targeting new channels, recommending new channel tests, lead flow: making sure as a team that our needs are coming in efficiently, good ROI.

• Google analytics

• Definitely needs B2B marketing for at least 5 years
