Job Description:

As a UX researcher on Health, you’ll have the opportunity to partner directly with product teams to support our vision of improving global health outcomes through our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in a health-related field, including public health, public mental health, epidemiology, clinical psychology, or other related fields, such as the social sciences. The role will require planning, designing, and conducting UX research to inform strategy, evaluate concepts, and assess usefulness and usability of products and campaigns. Experience with working with cross-functional product teams would be a significant asset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful products into the world

• Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps

• Design studies that explore unmet needs as well as current behavior and attitudes

• Communicate results and illustrate suggestions to various audiences

• Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle


• Expertise in usability testing, concept testing, journey mapping, diary studies, and remote moderated and unmoderated studies

• Quantitative skillset, especially experience using surveys, observational data, and experimentation

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

• Extensive experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses

• Extensive experience with storytelling to get traction with various audience

• Extensive experience with autonomy and decision making to balance demands


• MS/PhD in Public Health or related health-related field or social sciences
