Job Description:

Aquent's Client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Learning & Performance team. This individual will work with the Instructional Design team to build learning assets, mockups, layouts to enhance the overall learner experience.

***Please note this positions is 20-30 hours per week***

Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials for print and digital training collateral

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

• Work independently and collaboratively to develop compelling creative solutions aligning within the product design system

• Follow creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications

• Perform retouching and manipulation of images, graphics, etc.

• Design and deliver learning products in variety of formats including graphics, audio, video and animation formats

• Continually raise the bar for design excellence

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design

• Understanding of design elements: color, composition as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends

• Have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

• Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Cloud [PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Aftereffects, animate], Sketch, Figma, gSuite, and other graphic design software

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred

• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

• Must be dependable, positive, open-minded and posses the ability to clearly communicate both verbally and visually

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent eye for detail
