Job Description:



Our Games client (Minecraft) is looking for a Producer to: 

  • Assess, create plans, and project manage improvements for engineering culture, code, processes, and communication tools across the studio.
  • Contribute to improving and driving central development planning processes.
  • Coordinate and gather content for studio-wide engineering forums.
  • Maintain and evolve communication content for product development SharePoint sites.
  • Collaborate with other producers and engineers across the studio on all of the above.
  • Assist with team health activities for one of the large engineering organizations inside the studio.
  • Reports to and assists the main producer supporting the studio’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and their leadership team.

Candidate requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as Engineering Program Manager, Producer, or related experience.
  • Experienced with software development methodologies, engineering best practices, and different ways of working.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with communications content and SharePoint is a bonus.
  • Ability to collaborate and work across teams with many people.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
