Job Description:

The main function of a visual designer is to create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on design principles and concepts. A typical visual designer needs to have a high level of creativity and able to communicate their ideas to both internal and external clients. The ability to be flexible to demands, work well under pressure and multi-task are required skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Partnering with product teams to ideate on visual concepts/themes/directions and refining design work based on input from partner teams
• Developing visual identity systems, typography, palette, marketing & social assets
• Develop branding glyphs, logos, identification marks, presentations and presentation templates outputting both static and motion assets, depending on the need
• Present and communicate effectively to a wide range of tech and non-tech audiences - spanning from design partners, engineering teams, and senior leadership
• Motion design experience is a huge plus!

Skills:
• 8+ of design experience
• 4+ years experience as a visual designer or similar design role
• A portfolio with examples in branding, presentation support, communication design, promotion, and social assets
• Expertise in both visual design and motion design
• Experience with designing brand-aligned marketing assets & campaigns
• Demonstrated track record of engaging launched projects
• Demonstrated experience articulating design trends
• Experience in a variety of design tools such as Figma, After Effects, and other animation prototyping tools
• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability are required.
• Expert ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, electronic and film.
• Expert ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field or equivalent training required.
