Job Description:

Our Fortune 100 client is seeking a Marketing Campaign Strategist  to serve as a campaign lead for their Customer Acquisition Marketing (CRM) Campaign Strategy team.  In this consultant role, you will manage and execute functions necessary to facilitate strategic customer communications for acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for co-creation and execution of the end-to-end strategy and activities that support our business objectives. In particular, this role will act as the campaign support of our D2C acquisition campaigns designed to build awareness and generate interest that leads to new customer growth.
  • Partner with Campaign Analytics Lead on reporting and analysis and apply insights to better profile and target the customer population and create robust test and learn strategies to drive continual optimization and deliver an increased response.
  • Partner with Creative and Center of Excellence leads on transforming the campaign strategy into customer-facing collateral across multiple channels. This includes leading stakeholder sign-off, and content management of print and digital collateral.
  • Partner on go-to-market activities required in order to launch a direct to customer campaign including, but not limited to, partnership on campaign configuration, managing email test strategies, leading print vendor relationships, mail execution, and socialization of strategies and results with key stakeholders within marketing, digital, service operations, sales, and other areas.
  • Manage implementation and distribution of communication tools to internal audiences including email blasts, sales notifications, and stakeholder resources
  • Assist with a variety of other CRM Communications projects including the creation of executive-level presentations, overall program project planning, and results dashboards
  • Stay current with industry best practices on marketing communications using knowledge to impact communication tactics.

 

Requirements:

Desired Candidates will bring:

  • 5+ years of Direct-to-Customer Communications Marketing experience and healthcare industry experience are highly desired.
  • Experience with end-to-end marketing campaign management from strategic insights to creative development to launch and post-launch analytics.
  • History of consistently delivering business results, preferably at divisional and enterprise levels.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Creative and Customer-Orientated.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
