Job Description:

We are seeking a Paid Social Marketing Manager to join the brand & privacy marketing team to drive outbound marketing strategy and optimize marketing performance across paid social channels. This person will focus on marketing executions for brand and privacy initiative and collaborate closely with ad tech, decision science, comms planning, product marketing, research, ecommerce, and creative teams. This person has experience with full funnel paid social planning and execution, is data driven, biased towards action and thrives in a fast-paced unstructured environment. They will also have strong cross channel and/or integrated marketing experience and excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and launch large scale, breakthrough paid social campaigns for brand & privacy initiatives

- Support campaign and marketing objectives of driving brand awareness, leads and retention

- Implement optimization best practices; identify optimization opportunities using data

- Architect ambitious test plans across targeting, creative, platform, publishers, landing page, commission rates etc.

- Track and report performance

- Manage large marketing budgets and ensure we are allocating spend optimally across campaigns and marketing funnel

- Work cross-functionally with marketing stakeholders including: PMM, integrated marketing, decision science, creative, owned channel, brand

Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills:

1. Paid Social campaign management experience: including hands-on trafficking, optimization, and reporting

2. Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, analyzing data sets, and interpreting them to make business decision

3. Communication skills and experience defining and managing a project

Good to Have Skills:

1. Experience in consumer hardware, ecommerce, or augmented/virtual reality

2. Multi-channel paid marketing experience
